Taken laying on the ground from about eight feet away with the vr zoom. It was set wide open because of the shadowy woods which is why there's such a shallow DOF.
The lines are probably other plants closer to the lens being partially blurred out.

Nice shot! Kind of odd bokeh, though, especially to the lower left -- was this with your VR lens? What could cause those ghost lines?
